01Who we are
Lyrra is a trade name of Asyniq, a proprietorship of Abishek A ("Lyrra", "we", "us"). We are a two-engineer studio registered in India.

02What we collect and how
We keep this to the minimum needed to talk to you.
- Audit request form. If you use the form in the Contact section you may enter: your company, what it does, your current tools or stack, a process or data problem, the type of help you want, your timeline and your email address, and you tick a consent box. When you press send, we store these details in our database, together with the time, your consent and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that we use only to limit spam. We email an alert to ourselves and a confirmation to you. If our server cannot be reached, the form instead opens a message in your own email app, addressed to hello@asyniq.com, and we only receive what you send from there.
- Spam check. Before you send the form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person. It loads from Cloudflare only when you reach the last step of the form, and receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details.
- Booking a call. The calendar in the Contact section is provided by Cal.com. It loads from Cal.com's servers only after you press "Load the calendar". If you book, you give Cal.com and us your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you add in the notes. Cal.com also receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and sets its own cookies (see "Cookies and similar storage").
- Emails and messages you send us. We keep what you send and our replies, so we can follow up.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request data (such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and clicks on buttons such as "Book a call" and "Request an audit". It does not use cookies and does not follow you across sites. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking tools.
- The demos. The demo lab runs in your browser on made-up or sample data. What you type into it stays in your browser: it is not sent to us or used to train any model. Please do not type personal or confidential information into it.
03Why we use it
- To reply to you, talk about your project and, if you ask for one, prepare your AI Opportunity Audit. We do this because you asked us to and, for the audit form, with your consent.
- To schedule and hold calls you book. We do this to take the steps you ask for before any agreement.
- To keep the website working, secure and understandable. We do this because running a safe site is in our legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties if we later work together.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
06International transfers
We work from India. Our providers may handle data in other countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Their own terms describe the safeguards they use for these transfers.
07How long we keep it
- Audit requests stored by the form: deleted automatically from our database 12 months after you send them, unless we have started working together.
- Enquiry emails that do not lead to a project: we delete them 12 months after our last message.
- Booking details: kept by Cal.com according to its own policy, and in our calendar and email for as long as we need to hold and follow up the call.
- Hosting logs: kept by Vercel according to its own policy.
- If we start working together, we keep project records for as long as the work and our legal and tax duties require.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, and to take back a consent you gave (for example for the audit form) at any time.
To use any of these, email hello@asyniq.com. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you can complain to your local data-protection authority.
09Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect where we reasonably can.
